一、练英语口语？

用下面的学习方法，英语口语一年内提高了四个等级

①训练词汇基础。把四级六级里的翻译训练全做一遍，刷完这两本书，你会发现你能将汉语很快转化成英文，当然光有词汇基础还不够。②每天复习前一天刷的题。每过一个月把这个月份所做的题再看一遍。

③寻找英语语境。我用的是英语流利说，每天跟读打卡。

④反复练习用嘴读。这点真的太重要了，当你读了十几遍时，你的舌头开始适应这种说话方式。记忆效果也会更好。

⑤贵在坚持。一年下来，每天都这样做，我的英语水平从中级达到了高级水平。如果以上这几点你都能做到的话，那么你也是英语大牛了

二、如何练英语口语？

我们学语言的目的是为了交流，中国以前的传统教学只注重考试，造成了大部分学生的哑巴英语，其实口语的知识性相对比较简单,对词汇语法的要求都比较低,初中生都可以做到,主要是练习正确的发音和表达,国家教育部门也逐渐意识到以前只重考试成绩带来的大部分哑巴英语的后果，现在口语考试已经逐步纳入了中考范围，口语的运用考察会越来越普及.

做到以下几步，完成口语能力第一阶段的提升

1.音标音准发音能力.

2.单词正确发音能力.基础词汇积累

3.句子基础发音技巧,连读略读.

4.句子高级发音技巧,重弱读节奏语调.

5.基础语法积累

6.建立基础的英语思维能力.

然而第一阶段的学习通过自学一般很难做到，然而这也是最关键的阶段，第一阶段不建议自学，效率极低，最后浪费的不仅仅是时间...任何一门语言的学习,首先是要了解该种语言的特点和细节，针对性正确练习，才能达到真正的流利表达.

因为英语的发音习惯和中文完全不一样,自己看视频课程学习，往往对细节的把握不专业，达不到精准，于是自以为学了,其实跟没学没有太大区别.

但是很多第一阶段通过自学,发音词汇语法似乎都学了,读英语也能很流利很快，但始终达不到和外国人能正常沟通的程度.

因为英语口语交流中存在大量的连读略读以及弱读现象，如果不知道这些细节发音技巧，就会出现假流利的中式英语.程度好点的学了基础的连读略读发音技巧，但是在句子节奏和重弱读上总是改不了中文的习惯,发音技巧的学习必须扎实到细节的把握能力，不是简单知道了就行，需要专业老师前期引导针对性练习，才能真正改变一口的地道的中式发音.

在老师指导下完成第一阶段的学习,建立了基础发音和表达能力，后期学习可以根据自己的需求深度学习.

不管是旅游日常还是雅思托福都或者某个行业的英语都是建立在基本的交流表达能力基础之上的深度不同的扩展而已.

初级阶段有老师辅导提高是最靠谱的，如果不舍得初期的投资，可能浪费的不仅仅时间...

三、怎样练英语口语？

第一、模仿。怎样提高自己英语口语的有效方式第一步就是要学会模仿，找一些英文原版录音的材料进行对单词、短语、句子等的模仿，也可以找一些英文原版的电影跟着有声有色的模仿，力求自己的语音语调甚至神情语气力求神似。
