B: An exporter needs to know the social characteristics of people he is dealing with.

A: Like what?

B: What do they like or dislike, what languages do they speak, what religions do they follow ?

A: Reasonable.

B: Especially he needs to know their behavior, their habits, their way of life and the things they are used to.

A: Sometimes people in different countries, or even in different parts of the same country, have varying outlooks because of the tribe and culture.

Mark: Hi, Rachel. How are you?

Rachel: Hi, Mark. I’m doing fine. How about yourself?

Mark: I’m doing great, thanks. How’s the new project going?

Rachel: It’s going well. We’ve completed the research phase and are now discussing the proposal.

Mark: That sounds great. Do you have any updates on the timeline?

Rachel: We are still on schedule. We plan to finalize the proposal by the end of next month.

Mark: That’s impressive. You guys are doing a fantastic job.

Rachel: Thanks, Mark. I appreciate it. How about your project?

Mark: It’s going well. We’ve had some delays due to unforeseen circumstances, but we are working on it.

Rachel: That’s a shame. But I’m sure you guys will overcome it.
