拜访礼仪

  1.拜访前应先和被访对象约定,以免扑空或扰乱主人的计划。拜访时要准时赴约。拜访时间长短应根据拜访目的和主人意愿而定,一般而言,时间宜短不宜长。

  2.到达被访人所在地时,一定要轻轻敲门,进屋后应待主人安排指点后坐下。后来的客人到达时,先到的客人应该站起来,等待介绍。

  3.拜访时应彬彬有礼,注意一般交往细节。告辞时要同主人和其他客人一一告别,说“再见”、“谢谢”;主人相送时,应说“请回”、“留步”、“再见”。

  二、接待礼仪

  1.接待人员要品貌端正,举止大方,口齿清楚,具有一定的文化素养,受过专门的礼仪、形体、语言、服饰等方面的训练。

  2.接待人员服饰要整洁、端庄、得体、高雅;女性应避免佩戴过于夸张或有碍工作的饰物,化妆应尽量淡雅。

  3.如果来访者是预先约定好的重要客人,则应根据来访者的地位、身份等确定相应的接待规格和程序。在办公室接待一般的来访者,谈话时应注意少说多听,最好不要隔着办公桌与来人说话。对来访者反映的问题,应作简短的记录。

  三、共乘电梯有讲究

  (1)伴随客人或长辈来到电梯厅门前时:先按电梯呼梯按钮。轿厢到达厅门打开时:若客人不止1人,可先行进入电梯,一手按“开门”按钮,另一手按住电梯一侧门,礼貌地说“请进”,请客人们或长辈们进入电梯。

  (2)进入电梯后:按下客人或长辈要去的楼层按钮。

  若电梯行进间有其他人员进入,可主动询问要去几楼,帮忙按下。电梯内可视状况是否寒暄,例如没有其他人员时可略做寒暄,有外人或其他同事在时,可斟酌是否必要寒暄。电梯内尽量侧身面对客人。

  (3)到达目的楼层:一手按住“开门”按钮,另一手做出请出的动作,可说:“到了,您先请!”。客人走出电梯后,自己立刻步出电梯,并热诚地引导行进的方向。

  四、社交润滑剂:寒暄与问候

  在多数情况下,寒暄与问候应用的情景都比较相似,都是作为交谈的“开场白”来被使用的。从这个意义讲,二者之间的界限常常难以确定。

  在被介绍给他人之后,应当跟对方寒暄。若只向他点点头,或是只握一下手,通常会被理解为不想与之深谈,不愿与之结交。碰上熟人,也应当跟他寒暄一句。若视若不见,难免显得自己妄自尊大跟初次见面的人寒暄,最标准的说法是:“你好”、“很高兴能认识您”、“见到您非常荣幸”等。
