before answering why I would like to know when one wants to be a volunteer,she or he does want to get something back or enjoy the process.If you tell me that you just wanna  experience that,that is another story,but if you are going to tell me that you can get great joy by doing so,then this may answer your question.

When the boss opens a company,the main target is to make the money he needs,and how can it come to you?The job you do and the service you provide,all these can bring you great asset you want.Then,who can do the job and who can provide the service?of course,the employees.They represent the image of the company and what they do can have great effect on the development of the whole company.

例子For example,if you are doing business with people from other areas,you need to know their customs,their religion and their habits.If you should offend these ,then you may lose them.Many times later,your business may go down,you lose money,and finally  you can only shut down the company.

When one wants to be a volunteer,that means he wants to dedicate and prove the ability he has .By commicuating with more strange people can help a lot when you deal with your customers.This is the attitude,if you can be a volunteer,then you are ready to do something for the company.

And,you of course can do it.
