　　针对英语口语能力的锻炼，建议找一对一，或者几个人的小班。
　　针对时间比较紧张，工作比较辛苦，建议找比较方便学习的培训机构，至少不要长途跋涉去赶时间上课最好。所以网上学是最好了，时间路费啥的都省了。
针对基础和学习目标的话，建议找口语的水平找分级别上课的培训机构，另外基础好点的最好外教比较合适。
