To solve those problems, we made appropriate and feasible recommendation to perfect the system, making it more systematic and logical. We proposed plans to perfect statutory and non-statutory benefits in three areas: income protection, health protection and employee service. To ensure the implementation of these basic measures, we formulated supporting measures in three areas: cost control, leadership support and employee needs.
