In this paper, we based our study on development and current research results of employee benefits home and abroad. We applied Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Adams' equity theory and Herzberg's two-factor theory to propose basic and supporting measures to improve the current benefits system of Zhongshan Donlim Weili Co., Ltd. First, we summarized the background, development status, main business, organization structure, human resources status and the status of the employee benefits system of the company. Then through interviews, we discovered existing problems within the current benefits system. To solve those problems, we made appropriate and feasible recommendation to perfect the system, making it more systematic and logical. We proposed plans to perfect statutory and non-statutory benefits in three areas: income protection, health protection and employee service. To ensure the implementation of these basic measures, we formulated supporting measures in three areas: cost control, leadership support and employee needs.
