五年级四单元口语交际一句名言给我的启发

失败是成功之母”我已不记得这句名言出自哪一位名人之口，但正是这句名言，让我真正尝到了成功地喜悦，令我至今难忘。
今年四月，我在妈妈的要求下，参加了英语三星口语考试的冲刺班。那时候，我有满肚子的不情愿，认为自己不参加这冲刺班也能通过考试。于是我就上课不认真听讲，与“左邻右舍”聊天，下课之后老师规定的作业我也不做，只做要检查的。单词不背，听力也不练，仍就能答出老师的提问，还在课上表扬了我。这便更增加了我的“自信”。一晃，一个月过去了，迎来了考试。我自信满满地去参加了三星。一共要过八关，开始还挺顺利，渐渐地，一关又一关考完了，我也由自信到怀疑，手里的准考证上已有两关没有通过，剩下的一关“看图说话”是最难的，但是我却必须成功，我揣着砰砰乱跳的心脏推门走了进去。面对着考官，面对卡片上的图画，我一头雾水，英语单词像卡在喉咙里说不出来一样，心中暗暗埋怨自己的不努力。可着又有什么用呢？老师立马在我的准考证上敲上了一个又红又刺眼的章——“下次你能行”这意味着我彻底失败了！出了那扇门，我飞快地回家，眼泪像决提的洪水般涌出，我好后悔，后悔自己的骄傲，后悔自己的浮躁，为什么我就不能多努力些呢？
晚上，我垂头丧气地告诉爸爸妈妈结果，而他们似乎知道了我的心思，安慰着我：“‘失败是成功之母’只要你好好地背单词，做练习，8月份你就一定能行 的！”我点点头，并拿出了全部的空闲时间来补救。
果然，工夫不负有心人，同样的内容，我全部通过了！从此，“失败是成功之母”这句名言就深深地印在我的脑海里了，我也经常用它不断地来提醒自己，它成了我最难忘的一句名言。
