感谢互联网,感谢提供平台的网易及开放课程的哈佛大学、还有不计报酬的互联网翻译家,使我们能分享到这些好课程,即使不能成为文明之创造者,也尽量去成为乐于分享懂得欣赏的人。因为好的东西就是要分享,而越分享就越多。正如老子所说:圣人无积,既以为人,己俞有;既以予人,己俞多。

《幸福课》问我们:我们来到这世上,到底追求什么才是最重要的。TalBen Sahara教授认为:幸福感是衡量人生的唯一标准,是所有目标的最终目标。而《幸福课》也一直在强调要主动不断地实际运用积极心理学,应用于学习生活恋爱工作中。从这点也可以把课程称为《正面心理学》或《积极心理学》。

我在听《幸福课》时有在做笔记,像学生时代那样。TalBen Shahar教授说我们不该被动笔记,建议记主动笔记,即记录实际可以应用的信息:有趣的想法,想在生活中使用的,想告诉其他人的,能改变你思想的东西,那就记下来。

TalBen Shahar professor said that we should not passive notes, suggest active notes, namely written records of actual can be applied information: interesting idea, want to use in your own life, want to tell others, can change your thoughts, something that might be down.




5. 有沉默安静的学习效果最好

我们身处在不同文化的国度,但个人深层的本性却带有社会普遍性。越是个人的东西越具有普遍性。而心理学的知识也不神秘,是大家熟知的常识。但越是常识越容易被忽略。所以Sahara希望学完这门课程我们说的不是:谢谢您教给我很多知识。而是:谢谢你提醒了我一些熟知事情。重要的不是我们收获了知识,而是将常识应用到生活。


We are in different cultural country, but the individual deep nature but with a social universality. The more personal things are more universality. And psychological knowledge nor mysterious, is known as the common sense. But the more common sense is easier to be ignored. So the Sahara hope learned this course we didn't say: thank you taught me a lot of knowledge. But: thank you for reminding me some familiar things. Important is not we gain knowledge, but common to life.
