以前我在自学的时候，最多的时候一天记住过300个英语单词，把我的方法分享给你吧。
我当时的记忆力并不怎么好，但是，我却做到了这一点，都是被逼的！
当我费了九牛二虎之力，终于买到那4本厚厚的英语书时，离十月份的自学考试只有3个月时间了。单词是最大的一关，我决定马上开始:
第一步，根据单词的音标及写法记单个的词汇。
边读单词，边分析期中字母组合的发音，把单词根据其音节分成几段来记。并且联系汉语拼音表口诀加强记忆。如“sweat ”（汗）一词，我把拼音字母“s ”联想成“四”，把拼音字母“w ”联想成“娃（因为是wā嘛）”，后面的“eat”是英语“吃”，单词意思是“汗”，于是，我编一句话“四娃吃汗”，形象生动，一下就记住了。
第二步，记了50个、100个以后，进行集中记忆。
（1）把生词表上左边的中文遮住，看着右边的英文思考这个单词的中文意思，想不出来的打上√。然后再用上面第一步的方法再记，最后再看着英文思考中文，这样反复几次，并且打乱顺序检查，直到都记住了为止。
（2）做与上面相反的事，看着中文思考英文写法和单词读音，想不出来的打上√。和上面一样反复几次，直到记住为止。
第三步，当天反复复习若干次。
记住单词后，当天必须复习三四次，每一次不需要很多时间，就花三五分钟时间很快想一遍就行了，想不出的，迅速看一下答案。记住，重复的次数一定要多。
第四步，重复前面的内容。
第二天要复习一次第一天的内容，第三天要复习第一和第二天的内容，第四天要复习第一、第二、第三天的内容，第五天要复习第二、第三、第四天的内容。一定要这样循环。
除了这四个记忆步骤外，还要注意就是运用好每天的四个记忆高潮:临睡前一小时，起床后一小时，上午9点到10点钟，下午5点到6点钟。
我一般晚上睡前用一个小时记新单词，记完后就不要看电视了，而是直接入睡，第二天醒来后马上复习。有发觉这样的记忆方式效果很好。
