假如接机的时间是上午：A--Me (the assistant manager)  B--Mr. White

A: Excuse me, Sir. Are you Mr. White from Britain?

B: Yeah.

A: nice to meet you. I am Jack from XX foreign trade company.

B: nice to meet you too.

A: Let me take the luggages for you.  the car  is waiting outside.

B: Thanks.

A: Mr. White, did you have a pleasant trip?

B: nice, but it's really a long trip.

A: Oh, you must be very tired then. Shall we directly send you to the hotel? We have booked a room for you in Shangri-La Hotel. We can start the business when you feel better this afternoon.

B: that would be nice. thank you.

A: ok, it's 10 am now. you can have a shower in the hotel and rest for a while. We'd like to pick you up for lunch later. Mr. White, what would you like for lunch?

B: Anything is ok for me.

A: I know a famous restaurant. they serve many special local food. I guess you would like it.

B: good idea, I like something special.

A: We are here now. May I use your passport for checking in?

B: of course.

A: ok now. This is your room card. Your room is 1221 on 12th floor. If you need anything for the room, please call me.

B: Thank you so much for all these. Shall you pick me up at 12? After lunch we will get down to business. You know my schedule is tight.

A: Ok, see you then. Bye.

B: bye.
