外企没有面试过，看了简历给我下了offer，马上要见外国人boss不会英语怎么办！！！

给到的自我介绍如下。

I am the person who drives for results , I have been as the volunteer manager in 16th  Shanghai Film Festival whose duty is hiring 40 volunteers. In order to complete the goal, firstly i break down the goal into different channel, Renren 10 volunteers, Wechat 20 volunteers and 10 volunteers from the students surrounding me. Finally I complete my goals and use the same way to do my partner's favor.

Besides, I also good at conflict management because I thought conflict is opportunity. Before going to university, I have conflict with my parents about what I want to learn. My parent thought I should learn Accounting but what I want is Administation Business. However I found the same point is easy to find job. Thus, I deal with the problem by the job opportunities for Administation Business is more than Accounting.
