其实英文面试很活的。你说话的时候要自信点，着重掌握对方心里和自己的优势。我简单说几句吧：

其实面试官如果有你简历在手上，他就并非一定想知道你多大，你哪里人，甚至你叫什么名字，因为拿到简历是人都两秒钟看出来。他主要关心的是你做过什么，你过去的工作跟现在的工作差别大不大 有没有帮助。还有你说话的语速和语态，甚至姿势。这些都可以观察出你是否是善于沟通，甚至善于英语沟通。
