1.you have a pain in your stomach, a doctor asks you to describe what kind of pain you feel.how can you respond.

I have been having an abdominal pain since last night. The pain area is above my bellybutton. Although it doesn't go over the back, but I feel more pain if I lay down in facing up position. So I curled up on the side of bed the whole night. The pain makes me feel like I was poked by a knitting needle at a steady constant rate of speed and with an occasional sharp one. Sometimes it makes a funny noise but we could barely hear it. It is similar to the one that when we are really hungry.
