1. Employees' opinions

First of all, I think we should listen to the employees' opinions. The main purpose of setting up a staff canteen is to provide daily meals for employees, and facilitating their dining at work. Most of the time, employees can tell what is right and wrong about a company decision. To consider their opinions is to respect their interests. 

2. Cost to the company

It is necessary that the company should always consider the cost. The company can make a financial budget to evaluate all the possible expenditures on the project. Perhaps they can also strive for investment from others. Make sure setting up the canteen is feasible as well as beneficial to employees. 

3. Food safety

From my point of view, I think there are three important aspects as follows: 

1. Customer needs

Customer needs is the ultimate cause of business, which also underlies a business contract. As one of the parties for a contract, the conception of customer-oriented is always appreciated. Before signing a contract, make sure the customer needs is best satisfied on the premise that both parties can get benefits. On the contrary, negotiating a contract without considering customer needs is definitely a losing battle. 

2. Available budget. 

Budget availability is an essential aspect in terms of a business contract. Always make a budget for every potential contract. The budget should cover all anticipated expenses and revenues, and as a matter of course, profits. When the budget is available, it is significant to enable the financial operation of business to be measured against the forecast. 

3. Responsibilities and implementation

Both parties of the contract should be fully aware of its responsibilities during the process of contract implementation. Only by strictly following the clauses stipulated in the contract, can the contract be successfully implemented. Both parties are supposed to shoulder responsibilities and supervise each other for the contract implementation. Any party that fails to comply with the contract will affect the interests of both ones.
