企业QC文化中的QC的英文缩写是什么？

QC即英文QUALITY CONTROL的简称，质量控制的意思。

QC文化是指企业在职人员围绕企业的经营战略、方针目标及现场存在的问题，运用QC 相关理论及方法进行改进质量、降低消耗、提高全员素质及企业效益的文化思想氛围。QC文化都是以人为载体的文化，而不是以物质为中心的现象，由一个企业的全体成员共同接受，普遍享用，而不是企业某些人特有，并且是企业发展过程中逐渐积累形成的。它是企业QC工作的灵魂。如果QC工作没有积极向上的精神和良好的文化氛围，那么企业QC工作就会萎靡不振，当然决不可能成为一流企业。
