首先说挂电话
如果你只是让对方等等，然后继续和他讲，你可以说：
Sorry Kelly(对方名字)，I just have some urgent stuffs here, can you hold the line for a second please?

如果你想挂断，一会打回去，可以说：
Sorry Kelly(对方名字)，I just have some urgent stuffs here. Can I call you back in 5 minutes?

如果你不想继续讲了，这样说：
Sorry Kelly(对方名字)，I need to handle some other things here. I will pass the information to Mr. Chen when he comes back. (对你们的谈话总结性发言，然后就88了)


至于迟到的那哥们：
Sorry Mr Rollins, Mr Chen just went into another urgent meeting. He actually waited for you till 10 past 2. Would you able to take a seat, and I will inform him right away.

之后你就进去告诉Chen,说Rollin来了，看你老版如何反应了。

如果老板说，我马上就来，你对Rollins说
Mr Rollins, Mr Chen is coming, won’t be long. 不过根据我经验，老板多少会拖拖的，摆架子嘛

如果老板说，让他等半小时，你对Rollins说
Sorry Mr Rollins, Mr Chen is in a really urgent meeting and it will take about 30 minutes. I apologize for that. Would you mind to wait another 30 minutes or if it’s not suitable for your schedule, we could arrange another appointment for you. （虽然是他的错，你还是客气点好了）。

如果老板说，让他滚！你说：
Sorry Mr Rollins, I am afraid that Mr Chen will be probably sitting in the meeting all the day as it’s really urgent. So he might not be able to see you today. Would you let me check with him the schedule after the meeting and contact you to make a new appointment for you? 老板都不care，你也不用太在意啦。
