With the rapid development of economy and the excessive using of oil and coal, the air is changing. And such changing also constantly influences the weather and the climate. According to the fourth assessment report issued by the Climatic Change Technical Committee of the United Nations, the human activity is the primary cause of the climate warming for nearly 50 years probablely. The human activity emissions, including the carbon dioxide, the methane, the nitrous oxide and so on, cause the global climate warming. Under the background of the global climate warming, extreme climate occured frequently and the ecological enviroment deteriorated. The air pollution become worse, which threaten the human survival and development.
To protect the environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, the government should let people fully realize the importance of environmental protection through education. Second, the government should encourage the people to use the environment frienfly product. Finally, those who destroy the environment intentionally should be severely punished. We should let them know that destroying environment means destroying mankind themselves.
