客：I wanna go to ShangHai.
我：When/Where would you wanna to depart?
客：Tomorrow,from GuangZhou.
我：A moment ,please. Let me check.Excuse me Sir/Miss. There are many flights depart from GuangZhou to ShangHai everyday. Which one do you prefer?
客：Could you please help me to make a reservation for the first flight of tomorrow?
我：Certainly. Tomorrow the first flight leaves at 8:00. I’m sorry that flight has already been fully booked for the economy class. But there are still some seats in the business class.
客：All right, I’ll go in the first class.
我：May I have your name please?
客：OK,I see. This is my passport.
我：Your reservation for flight CZ3531 is OK now.CZ for China Southern Airlines. One of China’s domestic Airlines. And you’ll have to get to GuangZhou BaiYun Inernational Airport 60mins before the flight departs.
