His success is based on marketing and good service. Firstly, he started selling items from shops with low overheads. Having high turnover in sales volume, he is able to take advantages offered by manufacturers. Then with his regularly advertisements on national newspapers and monthly printed brochures in circulation, he has created an image of his company and its products. Suppliers are keen in doing businesses with him because through these exposures, they also got free publicity and advertisements on their products. He also recognize that good service means satisfy customers and more return businesses for the company. Therefore, he conducts 2 training seminars for all his staffs yearly where they were taught not to be too pushy on customers.
