1)Making a booking
a. I’d like to book a room from… to…, please.
b. Do you have any room free/available from…to…?
c. Could you let us have a double room for…please?
d. I’m going to reserve a suite from…to…, please.
e. I wonder if you could book me a single room with bath?

2)Accepting a booking
a. We do have one room free for those days.
b. Yes, we have a double room available from…to….
c. We can confirm you a room from…to….
d. We can book you a mini-suite for those days.

3)Refusing a booking
a. Sorry, we are fully booked for those days.
b. Sorry, we don’t have any vacancy for…
c. Sorry, we won’t be able to guarantee you 3 connecting rooms from…to….
d. Sorry, we’re booked solid. But we can recommend you another hotel if you like.

4)Asking about the room rate/price
a. What’s the room rate per night?
b. How much is a single room with bath?
c. Is breakfast included?

5)Expecting guests
