怎样才能练好普通话，和英语口语？
普通话不好的人，英语发音也不会好[发音 是口语的重要部分]。
普通话可以从两方面着手。首先，购买教材自学，逐字正音，不要怕麻烦。最好是有声教材。其次，应该在日常生活中不断实践，即使是聊天也要注意发音，遇到拿不准的字，察看新版新华字典，加以确认[说话的时候要注意排除方言语音与词汇的干扰]。你可以在取得较大进步后参加普通话水平考试，看看自己究竟能达到什么水平。
英语口语的提高首先是发音的提高，还有就是表达能力的提高。前者要多模仿才能提高，自己也要多朗读，并找出差距。后者的基础是词汇以及对词汇的准确运用，还是要多模仿，多背诵，多应用。你可以先从日常的交流开始，积累词汇与惯用法，不断练习，反复复习。
