外企前台需要用到的英语和读法

接到电话时,你说:hello, this is XXX公司
对方一般会接着说要找谁,如果他/她,说一句:wait a moment,直接把电话转过去
如果不在,说:Sorry ,he is not in the office now.或者She is not in the office now
如果在,但在开会,或者上洗手间,或者在打电话,总之,就是不能接电话,你说:Sorry, he/she is not available for the phone now. Please call later.
然后说一句bye bye,果断挂电话.
